What's on for the Diamond Jubilee Weekend

This is a guide to the best places to celebrate The Diamond Jubilee over the Whit Sun bank holiday weekend with Garden Parties, Live Music, BBQ's, Hog Roast and Beer Festivals.

Cornwall

Prince of Wales, Falmouth - Ration Book Menu over the 2nd, 4th & 5th June. Big Lunch 3rd June, Diamond Jubilee Tea, Cakes and Music 4th June

Rising Sun, Truro - Big Lunch 3rd June, Garden Party 4th June have your photo taken with the Queen!!

Trelowarren Arms, Budock Water - 2nd June live music with Graham Hart, 3rd June Unsung Heroes Local Band, 4th June Picnic in the Park village event with lots going on, 6th June D Day Lunch

Miners Arms, Mithian - 5th June Mithian Street Party selling food outside the pub 12-5pm

Railway Inn, St Agnes - 2nd June Live music with Elegant Gypsy, 4th June Victorian Fair in St Agnes, The Railway will have stalls in the garden BBQ and a band outside 12-3pm

Peterville Inn, St Agnes - 1st June Live Music with Firing Squad, 3rd June Sunday Roast, 4th June will be the Jubilee Stomp to the Beacon, 5th June Jazz in the afternoon

Coldstreamer, Gulval - Monday 4th June Diamond Jubilee Celebrations at the Village school and then 6pm music and bbq at the pub.

Plume of Feathers, Pool - Monday 4th June, Garden Party, Games, Bring a Cake and have your picture taken with the Queen!

Lion and Lamb, Ashton - Sunday 3rd June, Village Fete in the Garden and Car Park, Afternoon Tea, games and fun all afternoon then Music in the evening.

Cornishman, Crantock - All weekend we will be holding a Cider and Cornish Pork Long Weekend along side Live music with Straw Dogs - Friday 1st, Village Street party outside pub with live music - Sunday 4th, Live music tbc - Monday 5th.

Turks Head, Penzance - Ration Book Menu will be running 1^st-5^th June, Table Quiz and Raffle all weekend winners will be announced on Tuesday 5^th 4pm, Mini Beer Festival 8 Real Ales to try. Monday 4^th June Party in the Pub and garden with Cakes and Cream Teas from 3pm, have your photo taken will the Queen!!

Seaview Inn, Falmouth - Will be holding a Jubilee Burger Festival over the bank holiday weekend from the 1st June.

White Hart, St Keverne - we will be celebrating on Saturday 2nd June with music from DJ Proper Job, we will also be having a BBQ

Lamb and Flag, Canonstown - Sunday 3rd June Video Trivia Quiz from 8.30pm

Plume of Feathers, Scorrier - Monday 4th June 2.30 - 5pm Childrens Jubilee Party Day with Bouncy Castle and a Free childrens tea, please phone the pub to let them know how many children are coming.

Plume of Feathers, Pool - Friday 1st June, Jubilee Horse Racing night from 7.30pm, with food proceeds going to charity. Saturday 2nd June, Beach party and BBQ from 7.30pm with food proceeds going to charity. Sunday 3rd June, Sunday lunch as usual, booking essential.  Monday 4th June, Garden Party from 4pm.  Baking competition Savoury or Sweet.. Royal quiz from 8pm.

Celebrations all week, All the staff will be wearing union jack waistcoats or dresses for the week,  Flags and bunting will be flying all week. And the Queen herself will be present, in the porch, greeting all her loyal subjects.
Saturday 2nd June - 3pm Jubilee BBQ Garden Party and Pimms Tent, Childrens Fancy Dress - 9pm Live Music with Total Stranger Fancy Dress - Decades 1950-2010
Monday 4th June - 8am to 12noon Table Top Sale in Beer Garden
Running alongside our Summer Menu, The specials board will have Coronation chicken, Corned Beef Hash, Queens pudding and others yet to be decided
Cream Teas will be served all week
5TH, 6TH 7TH JUNE between 12-6pm  - £10 Special STEAK & CHIPS, BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING and a pint of beer or glass or wine

Swan Inn, Noss Mayo - Friday June 1st Elvis Presley Night, Saturday June 2nd Fun on the Terrace BBQ, Sunday June 3rd Music on the Terrace from 2pm, Monday June 4th Live band with 2nd Nature from 8pm

On the Waterfront, Exeter - The Waterfront is organising a good old British knees up Street Party on Tuesday 5th June on Exeter's beautiful Quay! There will be a big outdoor 'Devon Made' carft and food market, outdoor music, street performers, Morris dancers, face painters, Punch & Judy shows, balloon modelling, Fire Service Demo Pod and a beer festival!
It is a free event and hope you can come an join in

The Blue Ball, Sidford -  celebrates The Diamond Jubilee Monday 4th June From 12 o'clock with a Hog Roast and Live Music with Lazy Lizard

The White Hart, Woodbury - We will be holding our first Beer Festival over the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday from the 2nd June to the 6th June, Come along and taste some wonderful Real Ales and Cider from the West County

The Kings Arms, Teignmouth - We will be holding our first Beer Festival over the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday from the 2nd June to the 6th June, Come along and taste some wonderful Real Ales and Cider from the West County. We will also have live music over the weekend

The George and Dragon, Ilfracombe -  We will be joining together with local business to hold a street party on Monday 4th June
