All the food at the Kings Arms Portesham is home-cooked by professional chefs on the premises and we do try to source all our ingredients locally. We serve traditional home-cooked food, including a number of tasty vegetarian dishes and we are always available for special requests. Our main aim is to offer good food and good value, and we are already building a great reputation for food in the local area.

Here at the Kings Arms we hold regular weekly events, providing a great opportunity to get together locally. At lunchtimes we offer our OAP £10 Special, Tuesday is Curry Night, Thursday is Surf 'n' Turf Sizzler Night and to round off the week, you can enjoy a great Sunday Roast at the pub.

The Kings Arms theme nights are centred around speciality food, such as Oriental, Indian or Italian.

We are on Punch's Finest Cask scheme, which means we are able to serve an excellent selection of real ales at the Kings Arms. We keep 3 regular real ales - Greene King Abbot, Sharps Doombar and Ringwood Best and then we also like to offer a guest beer, which changes every two weeks.

As well as these real ales, we also stock a good range of other unusual beers and lagers.
